They are all pretty close. Number 6 is the most different, but it still means basically "after everybody else".
 
The use of last in sentence six is a bit different. I think I would refer to this particular usage as bridging on idiomatic. In other words, someone's word being the last word means that one need go no further in search of other words. The last word is final. One need not look further for answers.
