[Vocabulary] One who serially sits on committees

Hello all,


I think there is a word or expression in English which we use to describe someone who sits on lots of committees/boards etc.. I think it is probably quite pejorative, or at least tongue-in-cheek, implying they are busy-bodies or overly worthy.
