Hi !!

I have sentence

"Will leave for Delhi at 2:30 PM & by 7:30 will be back"

Is there some way this can be written some good manner?

Hi.

It certainly can but we must know who or what will leave and then be back. A train? A person?

And whether you are leaving a note for a friend or writing a report to your boss.

Actually, We are finalising program sheet

We have function where we are inviting lots of guest and we want to write up the program details in that regard

On Day -1 we will be leaving Delhi to visit an temple and come back

So actual wording is

Will leave for Hastagiri at 3:00 PM and will be back by 7:00 PM, so what else could be written need your suggestion.

Over hear we have arranged bus to ply to that place and come back to hotel

The simplest answer is:

3.00 pm: Leave/Depart/Departure for Hastagiri, returning by 7.00 pm.

It doesn't matter whether you use a verb (leave or depart) or a noun (departure), but try to be consistent with what you have scheduled for other times.
