Sorry, I still don't get it. As I checked with dictionary:

1. tank top is a sweater or T- shirt without sleeves
2. crop top is a clothing for upper body, cut short to leave the stomach bare
3. cami is camisole which comes with thin should strap

Mine is a turtle neck, very tight, long sleeve, very thin material.
