Google "adjective order" and take a look at some of the posts from the "edu" sites.

For me, logic prevails. Concrete parts can exist without being pre-made, but premade parts are not always concrete. Concrete is the material. Pre-made is how it is constructed.

Do you want tasty green beans for dinner or green, tasty beans?
