Hello.

Here I have an example: I ran ten kilometers without stopping.

Can I replace the highlighted part with the adjective non-stop so that the meaning will remain the same?

Nonstop = without stopping or interruptions

So I think you can.

Yes, you can, Alex (but it's an adverb - not an adjective).

Of course in that sentence non-stop acts as an adverb!
