1) Even though students are being required to swipe their ID card before attending classes, still they can falsify their attendance .

Can I use fake , monipulate instead of falsify. Which verb should I use?

2) Students should park in a new parking lot which is far away from their classes.
Can I say which is far-off from their classes. Or, which is far out of students way.

Thank you so much for taking your time to answer my questins.

I think falsify is the best choice here. Note the slight amendments in my version of your sentence.

Students should park in a new parking lot which is a long way from their classrooms.

I don't think far-off sounds at all natural. You could say that the parking lot is a long way out of their way.
