Is this sentence correct?
I walk a lot on a high slope / an upward slope every day.

I walk a lot on a high slope / an upward slope every day.

"A steep slope" perhaps? I'm not sure why you would walk "a lot" in the same place every day.
 
It's just an example. Sorry if it's bad. Maybe I want to lose weight.;-)

I think perhaps you should refer to distance rather than amount. So instead of "I walk a lot ..." you could try "I walk for several miles uphill every day" or "I walk a really long way up a steep slope every day".
