My first suggestion is that you repost this, using a capital letter at the beginning of every new sentence, and a full stop (or the relevant punctutation mark such as a question mark) at the end of each sentence. Using the correct style of written English is as important as the words. Do that first, and then we will look at the content.

I think "I should be grateful" should read 'I would be grateful'

'Would' is more common for speakers of most varieties of English, but 'should' is correct. Indeed, for some speakers of southerrn BrE, it is the only acceptable form.
