[Grammar] "Refers to the second question" or "for the second question"?

Should I say "Refers to the second question/point, could you please explain further..." or "For the second question/point, could you please explain further..."

We don't use "confused with" in this context, we use "confused by". Your sentence sounds a little unnatural in that order. I would prefer simply "I am confused by your explanation of the second question."

We don't usually use "elaborate more" either. "To elaborate" means "to give more information". If the person has already elaborated once and you want them to give even more information, then you might say "Could you elaborate further please?"
