I was reading about coating causing some problems, here are some parts:
"As I had experienced problems before with dirt, grime, smudging, I didn't want the coating, but had allowed myself to be persuaded to have them by the seller, who said that they had 'improved' and that this should no longer be a problem. Unfortunately, it is."
What does "Unfortunately, it is." mean? Does it mean that the coating is still attracting dirt, grime, smuding, or has it improved? Thanks
