If a man stands on a roof (which is made of glass) above a cafe but the glass breaks, then the man falls into / onto / on the cafe?

Which preposition should be used?

Thanks!

JY

"into"

He stepped onto the roof, stood on the roof for a few seconds, and then fell through the roof into the café.

He may have fallen onto the tables in the cafe. But into the cafe.
