Hi,

Are both adjective equal in their usage and degree or intensity? Thanks in advance.

No.

If something is invaluable, its value is beyond calculation. This normally means that it is very very valuable.

This is because 'valuable' has two meanings: "highly valued" and "able to be valued".
We don't use it for the second meaning except in its negative form - 'invaluable'.
