[Grammar] "How do you like it"

Does the expression, "How do you like it" imply two meanings?

A : How do you like your steak?

B : Well done, please.

A: How do you like English?

B: I like it a lot.

I sort of semi-agree, just about. In the first, you could substitute want for like, but I would use How would you like your steak for the first as you're asking someone about a particular instance of steak consumption.
 
"How do you like your steak?" is a different question asked when ordering than it is while you are eating.

It was just before you got into the fight with the waiter. ;-)
