We don't have a single word for it, no. You would have to say "non-Anglophone countries". There are lots of terms for countries with a different native language (Francophone countries, Hispanophone countries etc).
Also, if you had established an Anglophone context, you'd be understoof if you talked about other countries as being 'heterophone' (although that word is rare and in fact means something else!)
