How is the online TESOL final test like?

Hi,
I'm an English teacher, and I'm taking the online 100 hr online TESOL/TEFL course. I've read the most part of the materials, lectures, and I want to take the final test soon. But I'm worried about the test. I have no idea how this test is like:shock: Do I have to chat live with the professor during the test or there's a form I have to submit?:-? What kind of questions are they?

Please some help from anybody, especially those who have taken this kind of test.
