which one is more natural?

Females are more 5 years old than males in this hall.

Females are 5 years old more than males in this hall.

I'm sorry, but neither of these makes sense.
Do you mean "The females in this hall are five years older than the males"? (For example, the girls are all 12 but the boys are all 7?)

What I really want to know is more should be before 5-year-old girls or after ?
And if I say "Women in this class are 5 years older than men", Older should be before and after?
