Is this sentence correctly spelled?

I´m not sure if this is the right forum for my question but here it is.
I have this sentence:
"Two factors account for this sensation: A perception one and a physical one."

Is this ok? My main doubt concerns the use of the word "perception" here. What I am trying to say is that there are two causes for a particular sensation. One that has to do with the way we perceive things and there is also a physical reason.

It would be better to state it as "...one of perception and one of a physical nature" OR "...a perceptive one and a physical one" OR "...perceptive and physical".

I'd use 'perceptual', not 'perceptive'. A perceptive person notices perceptual differences.
