To me, there's no difference.

Please note that when you copy and paste, words sometimes run together, like 'ofwriting'.

You can separate them by using the Edit Post feature.

They are both fine and equal. (A space is needed between "of" and "writing" and "of" and "them" in option one.)
 
How about using like/including Haruki Murakami?
