Dear Teachers

I recorded a tongue twister exercise to share with my friends. After a few months of practice, I would like to see how good is my pronunciation and intonation now. And, what I should improve to be as good as a native speaker.

Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Dear bhaisahab, thanks for your comment. How far am I from the standard of English news broadcaster in English speaking nations such as the UK? Please advise.

It's good, and a tongue twister is not a good example of natural pronunciation. You might be making too much effort though on words like thoughtful. However, it's very good.

If you had claimed to be a native speaker of BrE, I would have believed you on the basis of that sample.

As someone who speaks with a British accent, I agree. Well done, patran.

However, as Tdol pointed out, speaking naturally and saying a tongue twister for the umpteenth time are not the same thing. I'd be interested to hear a recording of some unscripted speech.

In coming to my judgment I was not so much concerned with the tongue twister itself but with all the connective and incidental language. That was what convinced me.
