They look like computer translations to me- they're full of mistakes and it's often hard to get the meaning. I'd guess it's supposed to be perish the thought.

On the other hand, this could be the start of an entirely new English expression. "Shiver the notion" rolls off the tongue very easily, and brings to mind some likely scenarios:
