[Vocabulary] The point-O-Gram [means what?]

Would you please be nice enough to tell me what "The point-O-Gram" means? I have never seen or heard such a thing.

The page 7 only is written in the picture and doesn't exist really.

The point-o-gram is the name of the foldable card- it has pictures you can point at when trying to communicate. You will find details on page 7 of Travel Wise, which is a catalogue of useful things like this card and the key ring you can stash money in.
