Most dictionaries don't have the phonetic spelling of different forms of words. Is there an online place that offer different phonetic spelling of a word form?

Which different forms are you looking for? Many give the American and British pronunciations. It would not be practical to include every regional variation inside the countries, so they tend to give a general pronunciation for the variants.
