Hello.

Is "I have 24 hours working day" correct? Should I use "a -24-hour-long working day"?

Yes, or "a 24-hour working day." The singular is used when a measurement is used as an adjective. It is a 6-inch sub, not a 6 inches sub. A ten-foot pole, not a ten-feet pole.

In the same way "a two-hour long lesson." Right?

Right – or just 'a two-hour lesson'.
