Thanks Bea, I am a teetotaler.
The cops would catch you, if you take one for the road. It is hightime everybody went home.

I would stay for another drink if somebody would make me company.

it's a high time we had to have closed the pub.:painting: no milk anyway.:p

Welcome, Bea!
Bartender, ... a bottle of Bordeaux, please.

Thank you so much , Clark .
I do feel flattered , but you really shouldn't spend such a lot of money on me.
Well, if you insist ,just a drop ,then.

I don't think we should go home just yet. ;-)

Hello everyone!
I am an English Philologist. I do agree with most of people here; "IT IS TIME WE WENT HOME" is correct, as well as "IT IS HIGH TIME WE HAD TEA".
According to me, the explanation is -"IT IS TIME........." and "IT IS HIGH TIME......." both are phrases which are used with past form of the verbs.

Re: It's time we went home? or,It's time we should go home?

Actually, Fe is the atomic symbol for iron.
Haha~~
The first look I take to the abbr FE, I had no idea either. And I referred to the Lingoes and one result turned out to be the atomic symbol of IRON. Quite funny.
