[General] Accent check - and what he says

Dear teachers

I've attached a voice clip of my friend during a performance. He asks if I can understand what he says in the peformance, but I really don't have a clue. Could you please help? And, any idea what accent he is mimicking?

It's meant to be a working-class London accent.
