Totally separate from the O'Brien show, The Jay Leno Show ended after a very short run on February 9, 2010, due to low ratings, which, combined with NBC's poor primetime performance then, affected viewership adversely of its lead-out late newscasts on many NBC stations.[17]

Hello everyone. Does "adversely of" sound idiomatic to native speakers? Shouldn't it be "adversely to"?

The 'of' goes with 'viewership'. not 'adversely'.
Then if "adversely" goes with "affected", shouldn't it be "adversely affected viewership of its lead-out late newscasts"?
