Can someone please give me a clear explanation of what affirmative sentences, negative sentences and affirmative sentences with a negative meaning are. Examples would help. Please don´t say, affirmative is when something is true, as "there isn't anyone in my bed" could be a true fact.
also my textbook states
I can´t think of any negative questions which would use either every(one/body/thing) or some(one/thing/body) - are there any?
there isn't something else i should know - statement not question!
is there something else i should know? - positive not negative!

- "Indefinite pronouns with every, some, and any can be used to form negative questions. These questions can usually be answered with a "yes"or a "no" "
