Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"After finishing doing the paperwork with his agent at the bank, Tim realized that he had a message from Liz informing him that she was already at the bar where they would meet, so he decided to hurry. Once on the road, he noticed that there was an unusually long traffic, which would delay him at least half an hour, so he opted to text Liz immediately."

Thanks.

You started with "After after". Correct that and then we'll have a look.

"After he [had] finished doing the paperwork with his agent at the bank, Tim realized that he had a message from Liz. She [had] informed him that she was already at the bar where they [STRIKE]would[/STRIKE] were going to meet, so he decided to hurry. Once on the road, he noticed that there was an unusually long stream of traffic, which would delay him at least half an hour, so he [STRIKE]opted to[/STRIKE] texted Liz immediately."

Thanks.
That sounds more natural to me. If you were talking to a friend and said that, it would be much too formal. "She informed him" = "She let him know", but you could leave that bit out, as you could with all the underlined bits. (You might have added them for practice and comments; they are all grammatical.)
