"After you saw it, I'll check it again" or "After you've seen it, I'll check it again"? Which one is correct

I would use the present perfect because 'saw' does not agree with 'will check'.

Only "After you've seen it, I'll check it again" is correct.

How come is the below one correct?

"After you clarify it, I'll see it again"

Shouldn't it be "After you've clarified it, I'll see it again"?

Both the simple present and the present perfect are correct because both can refer to the future.

Am I wrong in thinking on the lines that 'after' means it's over. So, it should not be followed by simple present tense.

Please explain.
