I can't differentiate between "any other" and "most other". Can I use them interchangeably?

No, they're never interchangeable. Review the definitons of:

- any — Any dictionary will help you.
- all — All dictionaries have definitions.
- most — Most dictionaries are heavy.
- many — Many dictionaries have red covers.
- some — Some dictionaries weigh more than ten pounds.
- few — Few dictionaries have color maps of the world.
- only — Only dictionaries have definitions of thousands of words.
- no — No dictionary will help you with your algebra homework.

Now that you've looked them up, tell us more about why you're confused.

The meaning of any other means that China is number 1.

Using most other would mean that China is not number 1.
