One of the issues in our community is cafes in the park. The city government changed all of them to be run by seniors/changed all of them to the ones run by seniors.
The policy is for the sake of seniors' welfare. But the cafes' name "Silver Cafe" has become an issue.
First, there are no commercial stores in the park, which has became a problem in terms of equality of opportunity. Only silver cafes do business in the park, which in turn has taken away others' right of opportunity.
If any of the underlined parts is awkward, please correct them.
