No specific sentence, but here is the thing. A few hours ago, I read the summary of a movie on Wikipedia, and the person who manages the camp was referred to as camp director. Coincidentally, the story of the book I'm editing these days takes place at a camp, and I always refer to the person who manages it as camp manager. Is it wrong? Should I replace manager with director?

This article suggests that the people in charge are camp directors.
