Sham 69 - The Public Enemy.

I've marked the missing parts with ***.

"Look at you now and you still can't see
Laughed at you boy still a mystery
Don't know what to do, don't know what to say
You couldn't make a straight up wanna stay

Follow us if you'll agree, if you don't, you'll never see!
You better wise up son, if you want your liberty!

Staying on a street in London aint free
Revoluting you so for fifteen key
Wouldn't have a clue about the working class
Your rich mom and dad help you live on your arse!

Follow us if you'll agree, if you don't, you'll never see!
You better wise up son, if you want your liberty!

The time is here, it's come again!
It's now just you and me!
It's time to introduce myself, the public enemy!

Do you hear me boy? Are you listening boy?
***
Never trust a hippie once *** seen a row
It's all a prank *** you throw

Follow us if you'll agree, if you don't, you'll never see!
You better wise up son, if you want your liberty!

The time is here, it's come again!
It's now just you and me!
It's time to introduce myself, the public enemy!

Animals die in millions to end up in a bun
You're buying it, they're loving it
***

Follow us if you'll agree, if you don't, you'll never see!
You better wise up son, if you want your liberty!

Look at the sky again and tell me what you see!
A million flying coffins but pretend you xxx
Let's smash the boredom and the apathy
Put your colours to the mast and Ohio to Marcy
It's time to wake up son, you're at your kingdom come
The minute says the coward "fight" and with their guns
Give a shit what you say and all the books you read
They come and smash down your doors and shoot you dead!"

Do you hear me boy? Are you listening boy? (Starts at 1:41)
*** All I can make out is possibly "riots in a ?? is a classical (ploy?)

Never trust a hippie once *** seen a row (Starts 1:48) I hear" once it's seen in a row? road?
It's all a prank *** you throw I hear"It's all about gaps in a situ? road"

Animals die in millions to end up in a bun(Starts 2:36)
You're buying it, they're loving it
*** Fatso's? buying a gun

I'm afraid I can't make much of it out. I've hyperlinked to the relevant times in the video for the specific phrases in question for anyone else who wants to listen.

It sounds something like:

Rioting aflame is a classical ploy

Never trust a hippie wants to sit in a row (a reference to sit-in protests)
It's all about gaffs and a shit-in throw (gaff can mean a house/buiding in his regional variety of English. It can also mean a mistake)

I agree with Skrej about it being Fatsos buying a gun, though I think it may be plural fatsos with the auxiliary verb omitted rather than one fatso. (I think it could be a rude reference to American gun collectors)

However, this is very hard to follow.

I can't help much except to say that a lot of the transcription in the OP is wrong.

Also:

... it's all about guts and the shit you throw

... pound signs by the gun
