Can we combine when and today together?

Can we use when and today together?
Like " I will talk to you when visit me today".

Can we use "when" and "today" together? Like For example, can I say "I will talk to you when you visit me today"?

Note my corrections above. With the addition of the word "you" before "visit", you sentence is grammatically correct as long as it's being said on the day of the visit but before the visit happens. Most native speakers would say "later today" at the end.
