Complete word list for toefl,eilts,cpe...

There are many word lists out there.Not only for toefl,ielts,cpe... but in general.Of what I have found,I like none of them.
Either they are too small or are only academic.
I need a word list containing all words I may encounter on an exam(toefl,eilts,cpe).
So I am looking for a huge word list from 5000 to 25000 words.

I'm afraid that doesn't exist- they do not base their exam around a set list of words.
