"consider doing" or "consider to do"

Usually, we use 'consider' like this: I consider doing that again. But regarding to the below, are all correct expressions?
1. I consider it necessary to attend his birthday party.
2. I consider to attend his birthday party necessary.
3. I consider it no use attending his birthday party.
4. I consider attending his birthday party no use.

1 and 3 are OK. I don't find 3 very natural, though.

Would 3 be natural if 'attending' was replaced with 'to attend'?
