Hi,

Could you please tell me (?) what should I do for this wish?

In the above sentence, I think a proposition should be in the place of the question mark. But, I can not decide which. about? or on?

Hi,

Could you please tell me (?) what should I do for this wish?

In the above sentence, I think a preposition should be used in [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] place of the question mark (no full stop here) but (no comma here) I [STRIKE]can not[/STRIKE] cannot decide which. Should it be "about" or "on"?

There is nothing missing where you have put a question mark. However, the rest of the sentence is grammatically incorrect and doesn't make sense. Perhaps you mean something like:

Could you please tell me what I should do to make this wish come true?

Note the correct word order for "what I should", not "what should I" as you wrote in your original.
