That's a good definition. It's possible that formedness is routine vocabulary in a particular field of study. It's a very rare word in general use.
I had just arrived at a small academic conference and was standing in a courtyard when a woman approached me and asked, "Are you embodied?" That would have been a bizarre question in any other context, but it happened that the word embodied was part of the name of the conference.
I don't think that the idea formedness goes with skill. I just can't conceive of a skill having a shape. Skills are learnt, possessed, developed, honed, etc. but not 'formed'.
