Diary - In the evening, I received a message about my membership rewards points.

This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

In the evening, I received a message about my membership rewards points. It said the points was going to expire so it asked me to redeem them as soon as possible. I clicked on the website and I saw some gifts could be redeemed. However, I found it strange because it required my personal information. The website looked real but I still went to their official website to check. There was a scam prevention WhatsApp number popped on their website. I guess many people got scammed. Then, I sent the screenshot of the gifts to them and found out that was really a scam. I was lucky!

In the evening This evening/Earlier this evening, I received a message about my membership rewards points.

It said the my points was were going to expire soon so it asked me to redeem them as soon as possible.

I clicked on the link in the message the website and I saw some gifts that I could be redeemed redeem my points for.

However, I found it strange became suspicious because it required me to enter my personal information.

The website looked real genuine but I still went direct to their the official website to check.

There was a scam prevention WhatsApp number popped on their the [official] website.

I guess many people got have been scammed no full stop here Then, so I sent the a screenshot of the gifts to them that number and found out that was it really was a scam. I was lucky!
