Difference between myself and all by myself

1) I went to school myself. 2) I went to school by myself.

What is the difference in meaning between the above 2 sentences? Please advise.
 
the second one means alone with out anyone else for example I live by myself
 
[STRIKE]t[/STRIKE]The second one means 'alone, [STRIKE]with out[/STRIKE] without anyone else', for example, "I live by myself".
