Which is correct?

I would like to discuss few things I have in mind
or
I would like to clarify few things I have in mind

They would both be grammatically correct if you wrote a few things and ended with a period ("full stop" in British English). The first is more natural.

I don't see why " I have in my mind" is necessary.

I would like to discuss/clarify a few things.

It depends- you discuss your ideas and clarify doubts.

discuss and clarify have quite distinct meanings. It's not clear what you mean, but I'm guessing that you mean discuss.
