You wrote two sentences - note my corrections to your opening question.
You don't need "pm" because you said "this afternoon".
Most people write out numbers under twenty in full so, without "pm", it would be better to write "between two and three". However, the numbers aren't entirely wrong and are certainly understandable.
 
The verbs are both fine.
