Hello.

Will it be correct to print in a book:

Edited by (or should it be 'editor-in-chief')
Translated by (or 'translator'?)

What are the ways to say that the text was drawn up (=prepared) by someone?
The same question refers to the photos. Photos by?

I've used a colon after "Photography", but "Photography by", without a colon, would also be okay.

You could also use Translator: Xxxx, but I would use translated by.
