We have a client who is attempting to create an email in order to monitor his photovoltaic system. When they attempted to establish it, the platform informed them that the email already existed, thus no email was sent to her.
When she tries to reset her password, she selects Forgot Password, but the platform informs her that the email address does not exist.
Could you possibly assist us in resolving this issue? The client wants to activate this email and not another.
