What is the meaning of "Half as much but twice as elegant"?

2 x 2 = 4. Two figures (the binary system's 1 and 0) are half as many as four (the genetic letters A, C, T, and G).

But even though the robot Rachel is made with half as many figures, officer K thinks she is twice as elegant as any human.

DNA Base means DNA database. He is searching for DNA which matches to Rachel's child.

Joi has nothing do with Rachel's baby. Joi is a lover to Officier K
