Can "get" be used instead of "be" in the first sentence and "have" instead of "get" in the second?

1. "My watch/washing machine got(was) repaired."
2. "Get (have) your book published."

I've heard these plenty of times.
"He had his book published."
"The car got stolen"
Check entry 9 on the Collins dictionary website, I think that's what you're interested in. "Get is often used in place of 'be' as an auxiliary verb to form passives" (the Collins dictionary website).
"Have" checks out fine for me too. It's not much different from "get" in this case.

1. "My watch/washing machine got space here (was) repaired."
2. "Get (have) your book published."

1 is grammatically correct with either word but not very natural. I'd say "I got/had my watch/washing machine repaired".
2 works as a caption or a heading.

Is there any difference between "have" and "get"? If there is a difference between them when native speakers say either "I got my brother to repair my watch" and "I had my brother repair my watch" according to one of my textbooks. And is there any difference between "have" and "get" your book published?

Were you talking about this sentence
1. "My watch/washing machine got(was) repaired"? Where both "get" and "was" can both be used.
