Help with my pronunciation

Hi
I wanted to improve my pronunciation, and I like someone tell me how to do it. I provided some sample of my terrible speech.it is my first attempt.

and i liked to update my weekly progress in this topic if someone could tell me what to do exactly to improve my pronunciation.

There are several "talking dictionary" websites that will "pronounce" the word that you type in. Some have the choice of AmEng/ BrEng as well as male/ female voices. There is even a site (with a 'high IQ') that will let you build your own dictionary. [Be careful though as sometimes the pronuncation will change with the geographical location- c-a-r in Boston = kah & in New York = caw & in Atlanta = kaaah]

Record yourself speaking naturally and not reading a text- when you read a text, the speech becomes unnatural.
