I want to use the word 'score' to ask for the result of an exam.

Can I say, 'How many score did you get from the exam?"

Thanks.

No, "How many score/marks" is wrong (it sounds like a translation from Chinese).

What is your score/grade for the exam?

What score did you get on the exam?
What mark did you get on the exam?
What grade did you get on the exam?

If you want to use "How many", you can follow it with "marks" or "points".

The results of academic exams and school tests are usually recorded in marks or grades, but IQ test results are given as scores.

That does depend on the system- it's true of much education in the UK. They have SAT Scores in the US, though I know little abut the educational system there.
