Hello. [STRIKE]guys[/STRIKE]
I'm a bit confused. Which one [STRIKE]will be appropriate:[/STRIKE] is correct?
I haven't seen you for ages.
[STRIKE]or[/STRIKE]
I haven't been seeing you for ages.
[STRIKE]And[/STRIKE] What rule [STRIKE]describe[/STRIKE] explains it?
Welcome to the forum. :hi:
Note my corrections above. It's important to follow these rules of written English at all times:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
Do you know where the apostrophe is on your keyboard? It was missing from the word "haven't" in your title and your thread. In fact, in your thread, even the "n" was missing. I have fixed the title.
Do you understand how the continuous is normally used?
What do you think your two sentences mean?
